Baggage Stores

Airport lockers will be out of service until further notice. Locker services are provided exclusively at the Airport Travel Agency, located on the departures / ticketing level of the International Terminal main hall.

Missing Baggage
The missing baggage department is located on the arrivals / baggage claim level of Terminal 1, across from baggage carousel 17.

Help for Stranded Travelers
Travelers Aid is an organization of volunteers devoted to assisting passengers in airports in the United States and Canada. Booths are staffed from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. Located on the departures / ticketing level of all terminals. For more information, please call: +1 650 821 2735.
